Privacy Policy

This policy explains how BI-Outsource Advisory Group ("BI-Outsource", "we") handles personal data collected through bioutsource.com. For visitors in India, we handle your data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Contact and enquiry forms: your name, business name, email, phone number, country and state, the service and industry you are interested in, business details such as entity type and number of employees, and your message.
- Job applications: your name, email, phone number, the position you apply for, your message and the CV you upload.
- Newsletter: your email address.
- Website use: we use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and receives your IP address, device and browser details, and the pages you visit. We use this only in aggregate to understand how the site is used.
- WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply to that chat.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal for the services you asked about.
- To assess your job application.
- To send the newsletter you signed up for. To stop it, email us and we will remove you.
- To improve the website.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to the reason you gave it to us.
Who we share it with
Your data is seen by BI-Outsource staff who handle enquiries, recruitment or the newsletter. Our offices in India, Singapore and the UAE may handle your enquiry, so your data may be transferred between these countries; we apply the same protection wherever it is handled. We also use service providers to run the website: our web host, our email provider and Google Analytics. We share data with authorities only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and newsletter data while it is needed for the purpose above, and delete it when you ask us to or when it is no longer needed. CVs from unsuccessful applications are kept for up to 12 months in case a suitable role opens, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
How we protect it
The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to stored data is limited to the staff who need it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. You can stop Google Analytics through your browser's privacy settings or Google's opt-out add-on. To make a request or raise a concern, email cfo@bioutsource.com. We will reply within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
