Who it suits

Businesses that have an accountant or bookkeeper for the books, but no one turning the numbers into decisions: growing SMEs, founder-led companies preparing to raise funds or borrow, and groups that need consistent monthly reporting.

Smaller needs?

If you only need answers and occasional reports, the Business and Business Pro plans give you questions, reports and calls with a CA at a lower monthly price.

CFO support for Singapore companies

Our CFO work fits Singapore requirements: SFRS reporting, ECI and corporate tax planning, GST, and preparation for an audit where your company is not exempt. We also prepare the reporting packs banks and investors ask for.

Common questions

Is this a full-time CFO?

No. You get CFO-level work for a set number of days or hours each month, scaled up for budgets, fundraising or audits.

Does my company need an audit?

A private company is exempt if it is a small company, meeting two of three tests for two years: revenue up to S$10 million, assets up to S$10 million, and 50 employees or fewer. We check this for you.
